The 2,400 square foot home has all amenities; large living room, formal dining room, parlor, eat in kitchen, mud room, laundry, 1.5 baths, 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms, the dormitory has 4 single beds plus 2 hide-a-beds provides sleeping for up to 14).  The residence is located 1/2 block off main street, Harrison Street, near restaurants and shops in the heart of  town. 

Short term rental rates 

$165 per night, 2 night minimum, up to 4 persons; $20 additional for each person over 4 per day, plus $60 cleaning service, $250 security deposit

$1,155 weekly rental, plus $100 cleaning service, $250 security deposit

$2,100 two week rental, plus $100 cleaning service, $250 security deposit

Peak Season, Primary Weekends and Holidays
